Refund policy for trip products

This policy applies to paid products and services offered by Short Waypoint Travel Pty Ltd (ABN example 12 345 678 901), including digital route packs, subscription content and bundled trip arrangements where we act as the merchant of record.

Cooling-off

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, you may have statutory rights that are not limited by this policy. For digital goods delivered immediately, statutory cooling-off may not apply once delivery has started — we will clearly state this at checkout.

How to request a refund

Email hello@shortwaypoint.com with your order reference, purchase date and reason. We aim to respond within five business days.

When we approve refunds

We may offer a full or partial refund if a product was materially misdescribed, not delivered, duplicated in error, or if a trip component from a partner could not be fulfilled and no suitable alternative was available. Change-of-mind refunds for custom or date-specific bookings may be limited as set out at purchase.

Refunds to your payment method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or other method shown at checkout) within ten business days of approval, subject to your bank or provider processing times.
